High temperature resistant cable usually refers to the cable that can normally transmit signals or electric energy at 180 ° C and above.

High temperature resistant cable itself has good high temperature resistance performance. Due to the use of new shell materials, its super thermal insulation and high temperature resistance can ensure that the cable can work normally under high temperature environment.

However, it should be emphasized that this temperature usually refers to the temperature of the conductor inside the cable. In general, when the temperature of the conductor inside the cable reaches a very high tolerance range, the external temperature will be about 30 degrees lower. Never take the extreme value of conductor temperature inside the cable as the extreme value of the tolerable ambient temperature.

It must be noted that in terms of the extreme value of withstanding high temperature, ordinary high temperature resistant cables are inferior to fire-resistant cables

The long-term continuous working temperature of high temperature resistant cable is generally 125 ° C, 135 ° C, 150 ° C, 180 ° C, 200 ° C and 250 ° C (cables at 90~155 ℃ and below generally refer to heat-resistant cables).

The minimum requirement of fire-resistant cable is that it can withstand combustion for at least 90 minutes under 750 ℃~800 ℃ flame and rated voltage without breakdown (i.e. 3A fuse will not be blown).
