Silicone rubber wire as an important category of special wire and cable, its production process and quality control has been the focus of industry attention. Silicone rubber wire has high temperature resistance, cold resistance, aging resistance and other excellent characteristics, widely used in aerospace, medical equipment, new energy and other fields. 

In the production process, the choice of raw materials is particularly critical, high-quality silicone rubber raw materials need to have a stable molecular structure and purity, usually using fumed silica as a reinforcing filler to enhance mechanical properties.

 Conductor processing needs to strictly control the annealing process of copper wire to ensure that the conductor flexibility and conductivity to achieve the best state. Extrusion process is the core of silicone rubber wire production, temperature control must be precise, generally controlled in the range of 160-200 ℃, screw speed and traction speed to maintain the optimal ratio, in order to ensure the uniformity of the thickness of the insulation layer. 

Vulcanization process directly affects the final performance of the product, the use of segmented heating of the vulcanization method can effectively avoid the production of air bubbles, usually vulcanization temperature control in the range of 200-250 ℃. In the production process, special attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the environment, the smallest impurities may lead to a decline in product performance. Quality inspection links include voltage resistance test, insulation resistance test, mechanical performance test and other projects, of which the temperature resistance test needs to simulate the use of extreme temperature environment.
